Peppers in all shapes and sizes at Boekestijn

This season, The Greenery is again offering a wide diversity of peppers. This year, they are introducing the Shishito pepper. This mild green pepper is the Japanese version of the existing padron pepper. "The quality of our peppers is exceptional this year. Of course, we have red and green chilli peppers, but Habaneros are also fully available. This season, we have a larger area with high quality peppers, thanks to a new grower," say sales staff Ben van der Linden and Perry Dijkhuizen.

"Naturally, there are also the tried and tested peppers from Dolf Boekestijn. From his nursery, there is a constant supply of various pepper types, such as Jalapenos, Piemento de padron, Poblano, Rawit, Habaneros (red and orange), Serrano, Trinidad and Naga. From these, we can make various mixes."
