Many vegetable growers attend event Down Under

Submit your pictures from the PCA Conference

We have already received quite a few pictures from the PCA Conference that is taking place this week, from 4-8 July, in Gold Coast Australia. The trade expo, lectures, workshops and farm visits has attracted many serious players from the Australian greenhouse industry. According to exhibitor Sander Zuidgeest of Steenks Service, most of the attendees are vegetable growers, and many of them have expansion plans.

Zuidgeest informed us that the show is not really crowded, but that is not unusual because the Australian greenhouse vegetable industry is not that large (yet). However, the growers and entrepreneurs that do attend, are serious players with ambitious plans. They attend the event to learn more via the workshops and lectures, and collect more information on greenhouse supplies and technology."

Are you attending the show or have some pictures to share? Please e-mail them to boy@hortidaily.com this week and we will include them in a small recap next week!
