DNA Green Group and Rijnplant announced today that the acquisition of Rijnplant by DNA Green Group has been finalized. The breeding and propagation activities in pot and cut anthurium, bougainvillea and heliconia will transfer to DNA Green Group. Now, both parties can focus on realizing their intended synergies.
Rijnplant, led by multiple generations of the entrepreneurial Van Rijn family, has a long and rich history.
