Robotic pallet feeder behind twin palletizing system

Due to lack of space and special sizes of pallets it is not always possible to place stacks with pallets long side leading at the back of the palletisers, nor to use standard pallet dispensers. That is why KOAT Horti Handling Solutions recently installed a robotic palletfeeder behind a twin palletizing system.

The pallets are no longer needed to be turned 90 degrees before infeed in the palletizers:The robotic pallet feeder solved this problem, so the customer could place the stacks pallets the right way with his forklift truck.

KOAT is able to offer custom made solutions for internal logistics and handling.
