Codema Systems Group and Verdant Global announce joint venture to bring Verdant AgriFactories to market.
The joint venture combines their global resources with multi-layered, automated robotic growing platforms of The Codema Systems Group and Verdant’s proprietary Aeroponic Terrace Garden Growing Systems, their eco-sustainable, clean tech growing practices and their cloud based control systems.
The joint venture will capitalize on the strong reputation that Codema has developed over the past 50 years in delivering innovative technologies for the horticultural industry.
