FutureWorld Corp. (OTCQB: FWDG), announces today that the Company is to finance and build a 3500+ plant cannabis cultivation greenhouse for a client on 237 acres of property being purchased by the Company, through FutureLand properties LLC, and leased back to the client. This large cultivation facility will be potentially one of many on the same piece of real estate.
The Company is also set to provide high-tech automation solutions to control all processes in the greenhouse based on HempTech’s state-of-the-art technologies. Although we cannot offer accurate forward looking guidance on the revenue potential of the process, we estimate the initial project to enhance the Company’s revenue by $2-$4M per quarter once in full operation. FutureWorld and its subsidiaries do not grow, distribute or sell marijuana which is illegal under federal law.
“We want to be at the front of the cannabis value chain,” said CEO Sam Talari. “First, we buy the land and clear it, for both the greenhouse and outdoor cultivation come springtime. Then we add our automation technology and institute ongoing maintenance contracts for the life of the leases.”
An indoor structure enables growers to continue operations even during the winter months where outdoor farming would otherwise be impossible. “It’s about harnessing every possible revenue stream we can and at the same time setting the stage to pilot the ultimate idyllic and pragmatic cannabis cultivation centre,” exclaimed VP Cameron Cox.
