US (MI): Registration deadline nears for 2014 Independent Plant Breeders Conference
Less than three weeks remain to obtain discounted registration for the 2014 Independent Plant Breeders Conference. The registration deadline is October 23.
The event, to be held Thursday, Friday and Saturday, October 30-November 1, at the Amway Grand Plaza in Grand Rapids, Michigan, will focus on new product development, marketing and intellectual property. Pre-registration and a reception will take place the evening of October 30. The next two days will be filled with educational sessions aimed at helping independent breeders be successful, from technical aspects of breeding through product development and marketing. On the final day, we will tour nurseries, gardens and other horticultural landmarks in western Michigan. We look forward to seeing you in Grand Rapids!
