Green pepper season in France

Prim'land's 4 month green chilli pepper season began on the 15th June. For the second consecutive year Prim'land are marketing their green chilli pepper under the brand Biper Eztia.

This mild green pepper is harvested traditionally and naturally. Planted in April, it is harvest in a cold greenhouse or heated to lengthen the production period. Drop by drop watering or sprinkling allows to optimise water supply.

The Biper Eztia pepper is thin, long and not spicy (level 1 on the Scoville scale). It is the Basque people's favourite pepper. It is packaged in 200g sachets (approx. 12 peppers per sachet).
