Many international growers at the start of GreenTech

The first edition of the new international horticultural trade show Greentech is currently in full swing at the Amsterdam RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre. The first impressions of the show are overall positive; the organisation has succeeded in the realisation of a new professional platform that brings in all of the leading suppliers, together with an impressive conference platform and seminar program. Greentech is an interesting event which enables those in the industry to exchange knowledge as well as creating new business opportunities.

A lot of visitors attended the event on the first morning, this seemed to slow down in the afternoon, but this might have been due to the fact that the visitors continued their program by visiting one of the seminars or the Flower and Vegetable trials.

Despite the fact that not many Dutch growers found their way to the Amsterdam Rai on the first day, the overall visitor quality was relatively high. We spotted some leading Canadian and Mexican growers, as well as serious professionals from Eastern Europe, Australia and several Asian delegations.

HortiDaily.com is also present at Greentech booth 10.510. Please come to visit our stand for a chat and a drink!
