Wash trough with sensor faucets meets demands of CBL

CBL has recently required a sensor faucet for packaging companies. Greenco Packing went looking for such a product for their company and found the Aquasensor.

The new wash trough Aquasensor of the Dutch company H.O. Industries works with a sensor. Hand contact with the faucets has thereby become history. According to designer Ewald Lommerse, the opportunities for cultivation and trade companies are immense. "The wash trough is easy, it saves water and it's hygienic," says Lommerse.

The wash troughs are currently installed at Greenco Packing. Before push faucets were used. But to meet the demands of CBL, they had to switch to faucets were hand contact wasn't necessary anymore. Even faucets that are switched on by foot or elbow, will not be approved. "With those faucets it's still possible to switch them on by hand. With the sensor faucets, that problem is definitely solved,"
