Russia: Japanese consul organizes seminars on greenhouse growing in cold climate
The Consulate General of Japan in Khabarovsk, Russia, held a seminar called "Greenhouse cultivation in cold climate regions" in Yakutsk on the 17th of September. It was organized by the Consulate together with Khabarovsk Japan Centre, Ministry of federal relations and external relations of Yakutia and the Institute of management under the President of Yakutia.
