Andermatt Holland:
Andermatt Biocontrol opens office in Netherlands
Andermatt Biocontrol has become the largest producer of Swiss biological crop protection. Since this Summer Andermatt Holland serves the Dutch market for biological crop protection, pest control and soil improvement from its Dutch subsidiary in Amersfoort.
The consumers demand for safe food, and the growers choice for sustainable production are obvious. The world population grows and natural resources are not inexhaustible. The move to crop protection that is safe for humans and the environment is inevitable.
Andermatt Biocontrol is known of the caterpillar protection products Madex Plus, very successfully distributed in The Netherlands by Koppert and BASF. This will remain so. For the much broader range of products for biological crop protection, pest control and soil improvement, we want to take our own responsibility, says Wijnand van Rossum, managing director of Andermatt Holland.
