Vice President, Greenhouse Division
Universal Fabricating is seeking a senior leader to drive the strategic growth and operational excellence of our Greenhouse Division.
Reporting to the President and serving as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role is responsible for shaping divisional strategy, supporting major sales initiatives, strengthening supplier and partner relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of complex greenhouse construction projects across North America.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in greenhouse operations or construction, strong financial and margin management acumen, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams spanning engineering, project management, site operations, and after‑market services.
