Senior Sales & Procurement Manager – Exotic Fruit
For our growing exotic fruit business, we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales & Procurement Manager with a strong commercial drive and a real passion for fruit.
What you’ll do
- Manage and grow your own and existing fruit categories
- Manage customer accounts, tenders, margins and KPIs
- Balance demand, supply and availability across the supply base
- Build long-term relationships with customers, growers and partners
- Spot commercial opportunities and turn them into results
Who you are
- A proven experience in fresh produce
- Commercial, entrepreneurial and resilient
- Passionate about fruit, preferably with knowledge of exotics
- Comfortable working under pressure and taking responsibility
- Fluent in German, English, communicative and hands-on
