Sales Manager (Europe Division – Focus on Eastern European countries)

We're expanding our Europe Division and looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow fruit sales within Eastern Europe and in international markets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Source high-quality fruits from our global supply chain and sell them to customers in Eastern European countries.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with Eastern European buyers, distributors, and retailers to drive business growth and expand our market presence.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the Eastern European region.
  • Collaborate with our Europe Division team and international counterparts to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Travel to trade shows, customer visits, and grower sites in Eastern Europe and other international markets (international travel is expected).

This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial sales role with room for autonomy, creativity, and global influence.

Who You Are:

Experienced: Minimum 3 years in the fresh fruit & vegetable industry, ideally in sales, with a focus on Eastern European markets.

Relationship-Driven: You have a strong network in Eastern Europe and understand the importance of reputation, reliability, and follow-through.

Sales-Focused: Negotiation and deal making energize you - you enjoy closing deals.

Proactive: You take initiative, act quickly, and don’t need micromanaging.

Adaptable: You understand international trade isn’t 9–5 and are ready when opportunity knocks.

Excellent Communicator: Fluent in English (spoken and written); multilingual a big plus.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, and other tools to stay connected daily.
