Adama US has appointed Matt Jones as its new Head of Sales. He will be taking over from Brian Cardin who is retiring after long and storied career, serving the agricultural industry for over 40 years.
Jones joins Adama with more than 25 years of leadership experience across the crop protection and agriculture industries. He has held senior commercial roles with global and cooperative organizations, including BASF Agricultural Solutions, Syngenta Crop Protection, Landus, and UPL. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams, executed market expansion strategies, and driven significant revenue growth across multi-state territories and national accounts.
At Adama, Jones will oversee the U.S. sales organization, focusing on strengthening customer relationships, enhancing channel partnerships, and accelerating growth through strategic execution and market responsiveness.

Jones holds a Global MBA in International Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Florida. He has received multiple industry leadership recognitions and is known for fostering collaborative cultures that translate strategy into measurable results.
