The FormFlex LG gutter stands out for its high drainage capacity and enclosed drainage channel, which virtually prevents debris entering the system and limits algae growth. The distinctive profile has been specifically developed for the requirements of pepper cultivation and is unique in this form among cultivation gutters used in greenhouse horticulture. In addition, the profile shape creates a strong and stable design with large spans while requiring minimal material.

Because of the large span, the gutter is often used in suspended systems. In situations where maximum crop height is important, the gutters are installed in a horizontal position on baywide supports. This allows the substrate slab to be positioned at a height of approximately 10.5 cm.

From the Canadian facility, FormFlex gutters are roll-formed locally using in-house machines. This ensures short lead times and fast delivery.
