Technical program to drive visitor quality
The technical program of HortEx 2026 will feature expert-led sessions, seminars, and knowledge-sharing activities focused on the latest developments in horticultural & floricultural production, technology, and sustainability. Developed in collaboration with partners such as the Horticultural Science Society of Thailand (HSST), Thailand Department of Agriculture (DoA), East-West Seed, World Vegetable Center, Thai Seed Trade Association (THASTA), and Chiang Mai University, the program ensures high-quality, relevant content for the industry.
"By addressing themes such as sustainable cultivation, seed technology, and smart farming, the technical program is expected to attract a high-level audience of growers, researchers, policymakers, and agribusiness professionals, significantly enhancing visitor quality and business potential for exhibitors. Previous editions have consistently demonstrated strong international participation and engagement", the organizers share.
Final Call: Exhibitor registration closes 31 March
With strong demand and limited space remaining, HortEx 2026 is issuing a final call for exhibitors. "The deadline to secure participation is 31 March 2026, and only a limited number of exhibition spaces are still available. Companies interested in entering or expanding in the Asian market are strongly encouraged to act quickly to avoid missing out."
Strengthening Dutch–Southeast Asia horticultural cooperation
HortEx 2026 reflects the tangible progress of Dutch horticultural cooperation in Southeast Asia. Recent developments within the Dutch sustainable horticulture mission highlight concrete advancements in areas such as high-tech cultivation, seed innovation, and sustainable production systems, alongside the strengthening of public-private partnerships across the region.
"These ongoing efforts underline the Netherlands' role in delivering practical, scalable solutions for sustainable horticulture. As a result, HortEx serves as a key platform to showcase these advances and connect Dutch expertise with rapidly expanding markets and opportunities in Southeast Asia."
A platform for growth
"Over the years, HortEx has established itself as a must-attend event for the horticulture and floriculture industries, consistently delivering high-quality visitors, strong international participation, and measurable business results", the organizers conclude. "With its co-location alongside Agritechnica ASIA, the 2026 edition will further enhance cross-sector collaboration and attract an even broader audience of agricultural professionals."
