Dutch seed company Axia Vegetable Seeds has appointed Dennis van Dijk as Global Sales Director. The appointment is intended to support the further professionalisation and international growth of the organisation.

Van Dijk grew up in the Westland region of the Netherlands, where his interest in horticulture developed from an early age. He holds a degree in Horti Business Administration and built the foundation of his career in the tomato sector. At De Ruiter Seeds, he gained experience in plant breeding and international market development.

Most recently, Van Dijk held a commercial leadership role at Signify, where he was responsible for driving commercial growth. According to Axia, he built a strong reputation there as a strategic thinker and results-oriented leader, with extensive experience in working with international and Japanese partners and managing international teams.

With his technical knowledge of tomatoes, a track record in sales, and international leadership experience, Axia says Van Dijk brings a combination of expertise and vision that fits the company's ambitions. The management of Axia Vegetable Seeds expressed confidence that he will contribute to the continued international growth and strengthening of the company's market position.
