The horticulture division of potting soil producer Agaris has been sold to Evergreen Garden Care. Investor Straco Private Equity has divested the horticulture business of the Flemish company. The private equity firm remains an investor in Evergreen Garden Care, alongside Exponent, another private equity firm.
