From February 4 to 6, Gartenbauzentrale (GBZ) Papenburg eG will bring freshness and innovations from northern Germany to Fruit Logistica 2026. This year's trade fair highlights include "BioGreens". With these new microgreens, GBZ is providing fresh impetus with intense flavors.

Furthermore, potted herbs and the fruit vegetable portfolio will once again be in the spotlight this year as proven classics. The same applies to the growing tomato cultivation in the North German growers' settlement: "To meet the increasing demand, we have significantly expanded our cultivation areas for tomatoes," writes GBZ in a statement. The cultivation areas for hydroponic salads have also been expanded for 2026 in accordance with the latest standards.
