Greenhouse Horticulture & Plant Factory Exhibition/Conference (GPEC) 2026 is now accepting exhibitor applications. Companies wishing to exhibit should submit their application forms to the GPEC management office by 27 February 2026. GPEC 2026 will take place from 15 to 17 July 2026 at Tokyo Big Sight in Japan. This biennial event, organized by the Japan Greenhouse Horticulture Association, is the largest trade show in Japan specializing in modern greenhouse and indoor farming technologies.
Japan sees the Netherlands as a trendsetter in the field of horticulture. For Dutch companies, exhibiting at GPEC 2026 gives an opportunity to introduce their products to the Japanese market and to reach potential business partners.

Since application will be closed prior to the deadline once all booths are booked, interested parties who have not reserved their booth(s) are advised to contact the management office immediately to secure space and have consultations directly. Please note that a cancellation fee will be incurred once you submit an application form.

The Greenhouse Horticulture & Plant Factory Exhibition/Conference (GPEC) 2026 will take place from 15 to 17 July 2026 at Tokyo Big Sight, South Hall 1–2, covering a total exhibition area of 10,000 square meters. The event brings together professionals from across the greenhouse and plant factory sectors, offering a focused platform for business, technology, and knowledge exchange. Exhibit space is available at a fee of JPY 473,000 per 9 sqm booth, with each booth measuring 3 meters in width and 3 meters in depth. Applications must be submitted by Friday, 27 February 2026, although registration may close earlier if all booths are fully booked.
