Rovensa Group announced changes to its executive leadership with the appointment of Ignacio Domínguez as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Christian Iaconucci as Deputy CEO, effective immediately.
The appointments follow the completion of a major organizational milestone: the full integration of 12 biosolutions companies into a single business unit, Rovensa Next. This integration phase was led by Javier Calleja, who stepped down from his role as Chief Executive Officer upon its completion. With this phase concluded, the Group is entering a new stage focused on growth and operational execution.

Ignacio Domínguez, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Rovensa Group
Ignacio Domínguez has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rovensa Group since 2023. He brings extensive experience in the global agri-inputs sector, having previously held senior leadership roles at ADAMA Agricultural Solutions, including President and CEO, as well as earlier positions at American Cyanamid and Syngenta. In his combined role as Chairman and CEO, Domínguez will be responsible for the Group's overall strategic direction, governance, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational structure, as well as relations with shareholders and the Board of Directors.

Christian Iaconucci, Deputy CEO at Rovensa Group
Christian Iaconucci has been appointed Deputy CEO of Rovensa Group and will be responsible for the Group's day-to-day operations. He has nearly 30 years of international leadership experience across Latin America, North America, and Europe, with a background in business management, strategy, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and business transformation. He spent more than 16 years in senior leadership roles at Syngenta Group, where he contributed to the development of the company's Crop Protection strategy.
As Deputy CEO, Iaconucci will have direct accountability for business performance and execution of the annual operating plan. His responsibilities include oversight of operational and business functions, coordination across business units, and leadership of transformation initiatives. He will report directly to Ignacio Domínguez.
These leadership changes are intended to support Rovensa Group's next phase of development, following the completion of its recent integration program and in alignment with its long-term strategic objectives.
