Set for March 19–20 at the Córdoba Campus, the event carries the theme "Connecting Data, Science and Sustainability from Farm to Fork", aiming to go beyond purely technological discussions and approach the digital transition from a systemic perspective.
Sessions will cover tools such as advanced sensors, robotics, and digital twins, exploring how they can improve profitability, environmental sustainability, and social equity within agriculture and the food processing industry.
Carlos Parra, researcher at IFAPA, plays a key role in organizing the congress, serving as co-chair of the Organizing Committee and president of the Scientific Committee. IFAPA will coordinate the thematic lines and ensure academic excellence in presentations, guaranteeing a high-level scientific program.
The forum will feature internationally renowned speakers from institutions including Wageningen University, the Agricultural University of Athens, and the German Institute of Food Technology.
With submissions now open, IFAPA strengthens its commitment to modernizing Andalusian agriculture, positioning the region at the forefront of European digital agriculture research.
