Ukrainian growers construct 13.3 hectares of greenhouses with grant money

Growers in Ukraine's Vinnytsia region have constructed 13.3 hectares of greenhouses using grant funds provided under the state program eRobota. First Deputy Head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, Nataliia Zabolotna, confirmed this to an Ukrinform correspondent.

"Since the launch of the eRobota program, agricultural enterprises in the Vinnytsia region have received UAH 54.5 million in grant funding for greenhouse development. With these funds, they built 13.3 hectares of greenhouses," Zabolotna said.

According to her, nine agricultural enterprises in the region benefited from this state support. In addition, greenhouses were also constructed using the enterprises' own funds.

Overall, greenhouse development enabled a 4% increase in closed-soil vegetable production in 2025 compared with the previous year's figures.
