From 25 to 27 February 2026, Ternopil will host HortiTech Ukraine 2026, a conference dedicated to horticulture, vegetable production, and berry cultivation. The event gathers Ukrainian and international experts, agronomists, producers, engineers, and technology providers to discuss modern cultivation, post-harvest handling, storage, processing, and export standards.
The program begins with the Berry & Fruit Academy, offering practical training on crop management, nutrition, protection, irrigation, and market access. The main conference will feature presentations and a technology exhibition. Participants will visit leading farms and processing facilities in the Ternopil region, including large-scale orchards, berry cooperatives, nurseries, and cold storage operations.
The conference emphasizes practical technologies applicable to both open-field and protected cultivation, including greenhouses, high tunnels, and combined solutions for fruit, vegetable, and berry production. Key topics include crop establishment, nutrition, mechanization, post-harvest management, cold storage, sorting, and processing.
Expected participants include farm owners and managers, agronomists, engineers, processors, exporters, and researchers. The event provides structured insights for improving productivity, optimizing production costs, and meeting international quality standards.
