The Greenhouse Industrial Zone in Adana is close to completion

"We aim to make a significant contribution to both the economy and employment by completing our Greenhouse OTB as soon as possible," stated Adana Governor Yavuz Selim Kosger during an inspection of the ongoing construction of the Organized Agricultural Zone (OTB) for Specialized Agriculture (Greenhouse) in the Karatas district.

"More than 90% progress has been made on all infrastructure projects, including roads, sewerage, drinking water, rainwater, electricity, lighting, and wastewater treatment facilities," said Governor Kosger, indicating that the majority of the greenhouse zone's infrastructure work has been finished. "Work continues at full speed. All greenhouse production parcels in the region have been allocated, and the infrastructure work at the facilities will be outfitted with contemporary greenhouse technology. The infrastructure is scheduled to be finished by December 31, 2025. Greenhouse installation will start as soon as the infrastructure is finished and given to investors. By finishing our organized greenhouse industrial zone as quickly as possible, we hope to significantly boost the economy and create jobs."
