Luis-Gabriel brings more than four years of experience as Head Grower and Director of Operations at Sunterra Greenhouse, where he managed large-scale tomato production. Reflecting on the transition, he shares, "After four years of continuous amazing work and learning, I'm leaving knowing the team is set for success.
