A new greenhouse complex is being built in Svetlogorsk, Belarus, on the site of former 1970s greenhouses. The facility, covering six hectares, will be dedicated to year-round tomato production.
The project includes installing heat pumps to provide heating and gas boilers to supply carbon dioxide, which promotes higher yields. By using the company's own energy resources, the project is designed to be both efficient and cost-effective.
The new greenhouse will employ around 90 people, with recruitment already underway and a focus on attracting young specialists. Completion of the project is scheduled for December 2026.
