Cocogreen appoints new COO to support global growth

Cocogreen has announced the appointment of Roger Mann as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Roger Mann brings more than 35 years of senior leadership experience in the agri-business and food sectors. Most recently, he served as Managing Director (Europe & Africa) at NSF's Food Division, where he led a team of over 400 colleagues across 10 NSF offices delivering high value "field to fork" services to blue-chip customers in 35+ countries.

His career also includes key leadership roles at Unilever, ForFarmers, Associated British Foods, Anitox and Perstorp with a proven track record in operational excellence, international growth, and building high-performing teams.

As COO, Roger will oversee Cocogreen's global operations, driving innovation, resilience, and efficiency across its expanding network of production sites, distribution channels, and strategic partners worldwide.
