The new greenhouse project for Undersun Acres, located at the existing site in Staples, Ontario, is well underway. The total size of the project—Phase 3 at the current location—will cover 30 acres and will be used for the cultivation of bell peppers.

The greenhouse glazing is 95% complete, and the heating system installation is approximately 75% complete. Construction of the heat storage tank has also started.

Universal Fabricating Inc. is realizing this turnkey Venlo greenhouse project together with its partners, including Nello Construction and Dordt Water Management.
The anticipated planting date for this project is February 2026.
