Houweling Group has announced that, on the occasion of its 100th anniversary, it has been awarded the Royal Warrant of Appointment. His Majesty the King granted this distinction on 19 September. During the anniversary celebration, Managing Director and Owner Marc Houweling received the warrant from Wouter Kolff, King's Commissioner in the Province of South Holland.
The Royal Warrant of Appointment is one of the highest honors a Dutch organization can receive. It symbolizes an outstanding reputation, lasting quality, social significance, impeccable business operations, and a long, positive track record.

During the festive ceremony, King's Commissioner Wouter Kolff expressed his appreciation for Houweling Group: "The warrant is more than a title. It is a tribute to 100 years of entrepreneurship, innovation, social responsibility, and humanity. With this, Houweling Group joins a select group of organizations that represent the Netherlands in the broadest sense and serve as a source of inspiration to many."
Managing Director and Owner Marc Houweling responded with visible emotion: "This is the crowning achievement of our work, and we are incredibly proud. At Houweling Group, it's all about the employees who make a difference every day with their dedication, ideas, and craftsmanship."
The presentation took place in the presence of former Prime Minister Jan-Peter Balkenende and Acting Mayor of Lansingerland, Jules Bijl.
