A geothermal greenhouse, one of the investments that will shape the future of agriculture in Aksaray, was brought to the forefront with an important visit. AK Party Senator Cengiz Aydogdu and his accompanying delegation inspected the modern greenhouse, owned by Team Agro, on-site.
The delegation was given comprehensive information regarding the greenhouse's production capacity and the geothermal heating technology during the visit. By effectively using natural resources, Team Agro, a business renowned for its sustainability-focused agricultural investments, grows tomatoes without soil. This project is notable for its eco-friendly production approach and makes a substantial contribution to Aksaray's job market.
"Aksaray has a very high agricultural potential," said Nejdet Demir, the Provincial Director of Agriculture and Forestry, after the visit. "We can both preserve our natural resources and boost agricultural productivity because our geothermal resources offer chances for eco-friendly enterprises."
"The investment we see here today demonstrates Aksaray's agricultural vision," stated Cengiz Aydogdu, a senator of AK Party. "This kind of integration of our geothermal resources with agricultural production is crucial for the future of our nation as well as our community. These initiatives will set an example for sustainable agriculture and give our young people job opportunities."
These geothermal-powered initiatives are anticipated to be crucial to Aksaray's agricultural sector going forward. In addition to revitalizing the local economy, the project sets an example for aspiring farmers.
