The Kayseri Kocasinan Geothermal Greenhouse Organized Industrial Zone project, which will utilize geothermal resources to provide energy for greenhouse production, is getting ready to welcome investors. Rapid infrastructure development has resulted in wells reaching high-temperature water.
Infrastructure development for the project, which will assist greenhouse farming activities by efficiently harnessing the region's geothermal resources, is proceeding at full speed, according to a written statement from the Kayseri Governor's Office.
Water at 55, 60, and 65 degrees Celsius has been extracted from three wells. 45, 70, and 80 liter flow rates were measured at these wells, respectively. The fourth and fifth drilling sites are also undergoing hot water drilling.
Road construction has been finished for the first 300 meters from the entrance, as well as the Kocasinan Geothermal Greenhouse Organized Industrial Zone highway link road.
Simultaneous infrastructure work includes power lines, communications lines, rainfall and sewer lines, excavation, and grading. By July 2026, these projects should be finished, and Kayseri Kocasinan Geothermal Greenhouse Organized Industrial Zone OSB will be a fully functional investment hub.
