Sinop Governor Dr. Mustafa Ozarslan distributed 100,000 USD worth of greenhouse nylon, with 50% grant support, to 171 women growers engaged in greenhouse farming and said, "Development, diversification, and sustainability of agricultural production in Sinop is one of our top priorities."
The "Development of Alternative Production Methods Project," prepared in line with the demands of women producers engaged in greenhouse farming in Sinop, has been implemented. At the distribution ceremony, Governor Ozarslan emphasized that agricultural production's development, diversification, and sustainability are among his top priorities. He said, "My wife and colleagues and I visit markets and production areas; we listen to the expectations and demands of our growers in greenhouses. During these visits, we have determined that the most important need of our producers engaged in greenhouse production is high-quality and durable greenhouse nylon."
Stating that the launched project has fulfilled this need, making production processes more efficient and costs more manageable, Governor Ozarslan said, "Turkey sets its sights to become a production economy. We strive to contribute to this goal with our growers in Sinop."
