In the village of Kobylnia, Vinnytsia region, the Ukrainochka greenhouse complex currently operates 22 greenhouses producing a diverse range of vegetables and herbs. This season, the facility introduced cherry tomatoes Porpora, field tomatoes Slivka, eggplants, bell peppers, watermelons, and sweet corn. In addition, basil, parsley, and dill are grown, with broccoli, radish, cabbage, and lettuce scheduled for the winter and early spring cycles.
According to agronomists, the enterprise applies modern cultivation and harvesting technologies, relying solely on organic methods. Safety tests confirmed that produce from the modular greenhouses contains pesticide residues well below the permissible limits, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
While the products are already available to local consumers, the company is also exploring the idea of opening the site to visitors. Such initiatives could allow consumers to see the production process first-hand and contribute to the development of gastronomic tourism in the Vinnytsia region.
