Trading is slow and prices are lower, with 11-pound cartons of bunched large mostly at 40.75–41.75 and standard mostly 36.75–38.75. Supplies are light and mostly from previous commitments, with a few spot sales. Imports from Peru through Southern California ports are also expected to hold steady, with trading fairly active at slightly lower prices. Jumbo is 48.00–51.00, extra-large is 48.95–51.00.
Avocado
Movement from Mexico crossings through Texas is steady, with moderate trading. Conventional 32s are unchanged; others are lower. Hass 32s are mostly 50.25, 36s 45.25–48.25, 40s 34.25–37.25, 48s 26.25–28.25, 60s 25.25–26.25, 70s 26.25–28.25, and 84s 25.25–27.25. Organic 48s are 44.25–51.25, 60s 40.25–44.25, and 70s 37.25–38.25. Supplies from Peru are limited and insufficient to establish a market. California's South District is stable, with conventional 40–48s and 70s lower, others steady. Hass 32s are mostly 50.25, 36s 46.25–48.25, 40s 41.25–44.25, 48s 37.25–40.25, 60s 36.25–38.25, 70s 31.25–35.25, and 84s 27.25–28.25.
Blueberry
Movement from British Columbia through Northwest Washington is decreasing, with moderate trading and higher prices. Flats of 12 6-oz cups with lids are mostly 14.00–16.00, and 12 1-pint cups are 24.00. Oregon and Washington are also decreasing seasonally, with 12 6-oz cups mostly 16.00 and 12 1-pint cups mostly 24.00; organic 1-pint cups are 33.00–34.50. Peru's imports through Philadelphia and New York are expected to increase, with 1-pint cups large mostly 35.00–36.50 and organic 36.00–38.00.
Cucumber
Movement from Mexico crossings through Texas is increasing. Medium trading is slow, large moderate, with medium prices much lower at 12.95–13.95 and large mostly 15.95–16.95. At Otay Mesa, California, movement is steady, supplies light, and prices are higher: medium mostly 17.00–18.00, large 16.00–18.00, and 36s 9.00–10.00. Michigan remains steady, with medium at 16.00 and fair quality at 7.00. Western and Central New York supplies are too limited to establish a market.
Tomato
Movement from Mexico crossings through Texas is decreasing. Prices are much lower, with Vine Ripes 2-layer 4x4–4x5s mostly 14.95–16.95 and 5x5–5x6s 13.95–15.95. California's Central District is slightly decreasing, with Mature Greens extra-large and large mostly 18.35 and medium 12.35–15.35. Otay Mesa crossings are increasing slightly, with Vine Ripes 4x4–4x5s mostly 21.00–22.95 and 5x5–5x6s 19.00–21.00. Alabama movement is increasing, with Vine Ripes 5x6 and 6x6 sizes at 19.00–20.00.
