In July 2025, Kabardino-Balkaria exported over 22 tons of tomatoes to Kazakhstan and Belarus. The vegetables were grown in the "Chegem Agro" greenhouse complex, one of the largest in the North Caucasus Federal District, according to the regional Ministry of Agriculture.
The shipment included several varieties, such as red cherry tomatoes on the vine, plum-shaped cocktail tomatoes, and round red cocktail tomatoes.
