In Staples, Ontario, foundation work has begun for a new greenhouse project for Undersun Acres. The facility will be used for the cultivation of bell peppers. The project covers a total of 30 acres, including a 37,600-square-foot warehouse.

This development marks the third phase of the Venlo greenhouse project for Undersun Acres, and the first to be built at this location.

Universal Fabricating Inc. is delivering the turnkey Venlo greenhouse in cooperation with its partners, including Nello. The project is scheduled for completion by January 2026.
