In the summer of 2023, Octiva and Berkvens Greenhouse Mobility initiated an intensive collaboration. That partnership has now resulted in the full acquisition of Berkvens by Octiva. For Taks Handling Systems, which was closely involved in Berkvens' development for many years, this is a logical next step.
