Underground drip irrigation systems to be showcased at GreenTech

The company presents its agricultural solutions at the international agricultural technology fair held in Amsterdam.

Caudal is participating this week in GreenTech, the international fair specializing in agricultural technology held in Amsterdam, featuring 518 exhibitors from over 100 countries.

The company's technical and commercial team will showcase the latest innovations, especially in subsurface drip irrigation (SDI) systems, which enable more efficient water use by directing it directly to the roots, thereby minimizing losses due to runoff, infiltration, and evaporation.

Additionally, Caudal's solutions allow for the regulation of the amount of water allocated to each plant at any given time, customizing irrigation to the maximum. This not only reduces consumption but also promotes more uniform and healthy crop growth, improving soil health and reducing erosion and salinization.

In subsurface drip irrigation, the Spanish company based in Puerto Lumbreras (Region of Murcia) offers self-compensating pipes with diameters of 16, 20, and 22 mm, allowing flow rates from 1.1 to 3.8 l/h. These pipes feature unique aspects such as an anti-suction (AS) dripper designed to prevent the entry of dirty water from the soil into the pipe, and an exclusive anti-root system called Rootguard, which creates a protective shield around the drip emitter, blocking root access.

Levi Romero, Caudal's commercial director, highlights that "our innovation is aimed at making farmers' work more profitable and efficient. This is our daily commitment, and events like this help us showcase it to producers worldwide."

International Activity
Participation in GreenTech will help consolidate Caudal's international presence, which already spans 40 countries. This event is a key platform for the horticultural industry, attracting exhibitors and visitors from around the world interested in the latest trends. A global reference in the horticultural sector, it attracts thousands of professionals each year, offering a space for knowledge exchange and the presentation of technological innovations.
