Cayaro Peppers is in the middle of crop rotation. The entire greenhouse has been cleaned and the final finishing touches to the plastic at the top of the greenhouse are being done, people shared on social media. Growers hang the plastic in the greenhouse for a better climate and also to save energy. Next week the new plants will go back into the greenhouse and the start of the new season can begin.
