When the entire greenhouse cover and gutters have to be replaced in a greenhouse covering more than 5 hectares, it is the perfect time to install a new double screen. Alweco installed that screen at tomato grower Lans in Rilland.
The screen installers installed a summer screen from Svensson Klimaatschermen, the Harmony 2315 O FR, under the new deck. Another Obscura 9950 FR will soon be hanging to close the assimilation screen at the right time to prevent light from entering the greenhouse. Finally, another 244 ridge screens were needed in four rows, optimizing air flows in the new deck for cultivation.
