Overturned lorry spills celery on highway near Aurora, Ontario

A lorry spilled its entire load of celery sticks across a motorway in Canada, forcing the road to close. It overturned on Highway 400 near the town of Aurora, Ontario, yesterday. Police officials had to seal off three lanes due to the spillage.

The truck was left on its side with its contents strewn across the carriageway. The driver escaped unhurt, and no other motorists were injured following the accident. Traffic was diverted onto the nearby Highway 9 as clean-up crews set about removing the celery from the tarmac.
