Elevating the fresh snacking industry

Snack time is about to get sweeter with Nature Fresh Farms® as it focuses on fresh snacking at this year’s IFPA – Global Produce & Floral Show.

“We’ve always been focused on elevating, enhancing, and evolving the categories we support,” says Matt Quiring, senior vice president of sales and marketing. “We’re elevating the packaging and design of our premium snacking tomatoes, evolving the strawberry category, and enhancing the pepper category with the introduction of our new pepper.”

Quiring says the company is elevating the packaging and design of its premium snacking tomatoes.

Nature Fresh Farms will introduce a pepper that is exclusive to the grower-shipper and has a flavor and texture reminiscent of a Granny-Smith apple--it is light, refreshing, crisp, and sweet. Additionally, the team will showcase a new look for its premium snacking tomato lineup to entice enhanced trial and repeat purchases amongst a wider breadth of consumers.

“IFPA GPFS is our industry’s Superbowl. Everyone brings their A-game, introducing and unveiling the best of the best, from new products and packing to new technology and innovations. It’s exciting to be a part of,” says Quiring.

Nature Fresh Farms will also introduce its organic greenhouse berries to market.

Nature Fresh Farms will also officially introduce its Organic Greenhouse Berries™ to market. The company will be ready to discuss these organic greenhouse strawberries and the benefits they bring to both consumers and retailers, including their Fair Trade certification and sustainability, as well as their availability during the off-season.

“We’re continually focused on highlighting greenhouse innovation and our ability to provide the market with high flavor, high quality produce year-round while doing so sustainably and with long-term food security in mind. These products mimic this sentiment,” says Quiring.

The Nature Fresh Farms team will be at booth #3285 during the upcoming IFPA Global Produce & Floral Show in Anaheim, California, October 19-21, 2023.
