Russia: New production facilities have commenced operations at Teplichnoye JSC

New production facilities have recently commenced operations at Teplichnoye JSC, a part of the ROST group of companies. These facilities are set to increase agricultural production by 25%. The use of modern agricultural technologies is a serious step forward for the development of the plant.

The Head of Mordovia, Artyom Zdunov, visited the new production site to inspect its progress. "Teplychne," with its 40-year history, has undergone significant changes thanks to substantial investment and two years of hard work. The main achievement is an annual production of 9,000 tons of vegetables, a remarkable feat for the company. The Head of the Republic expressed his satisfaction with the project's success and the potential for future collaboration.

Stability in Teplichnoye's production is crucial for the company. Import substitution has become a reality, with domestic producers successfully replacing imported vegetables.

The Director of JSC Teplichnoye, Elena Rodina, thanked the ROST company for their support and modernization efforts, crediting the hard-working team for achieving record-breaking harvests in recent months.

During the official opening ceremony, guests toured the new block dedicated to growing tomatoes for the popular Flamenco brand. The greenhouses, with rows of tomato bushes, are a sight to behold, featuring bumblebee pollination and chemical-free cultivation. The investment project focuses on modern hybrids, including the Flamenco tomato, Meva medium-fruited cucumber, and leaf lettuce. Tomatoes are already in the fruiting phase, and residents can expect cucumbers on store shelves by the new year.

Notably, the Teplichny investment project is the third in the agro-industrial complex of the republic to launch in the past three months, with a total investment of nearly 4 billion Roubles.
