Anthony Lepage and Adriana Chelli, Les Herbes du Roussillon:

“We want to develop in Europe”

Les Herbes du Roussillon was present for the first time at this year’s Macfrut event in Italy, a great opportunity for the French producer of aromatic herbs to increase its presence in Europe and beyond. Already present in Germany and Belgium, the dried herbs in bouquets, the latest development of the range, can now be exported to other European countries, starting with Italy, the host of the Macfrut event. “We want to develop in Europe but also in countries like Canada. At Macfrut, we were able to meet many buyers from different countries. The advantage with dried herbs is that we can work with any destination,” explains Anthony Lepage, head of business development.

The small dried herbs bouquets are all the rage
Our packaging surprises and delights our European clients. “Many of them tell us that this packaging format is not really available in their country, so they are quite happy to test it. Some buyers come to these events with the hope of finding new products, such as our small bouquets Made in France in plastic-free packaging, even if their countries have fewer regulations on plastic packaging.”
