EU 27 fruit and vegetable production area at 1,759,000 ha in 2021

The number of producer organizations - both national and transnational - has been dropping from a high in 2017 (1,758) to 1,594 in 2021.

The fruit and vegetable production area dropped from 1,972,000 ha in 2014 to 1,759,000 ha in 2021.
