Green greenhouse grown vanilla

The new season of Planifolia Green Vanilla (Green Vanilla) has started at Koppert Cress. The green vanilla is a seasonal product and will be available 3 to 4 months (first quarter of the year) a year, the cress grower reports. Professionals can experiment with 'curing' (drying and treating) themselves to add flavors as desired.

Compared to ripe vanilla (Planifolia Black), the green variety is a fresh product. This indicates that the ripening process has already started and will slowly take on the black color over a period of time.
