AdeptAg acquires Plantech

AdeptAg has acquired Plantech Control Systems and the associated companies of Plantech West and JM Controls and Electric.

Based in Vineland, Ontario, Canada, Plantech Control Systems has been a leader in providing fully integrated control systems for agriculture for more than 35 years. From “power to packing,” Plantech has been supplying integration for all aspects of indoor growing, working with best-in-class providers, such as Priva Climate Automation and Aweta Packing and Sorting, among others. In addition, Plantech West and JM Controls, operating out of Leamington and Chatham, Ontario, Canada, plays an essential role in providing growers in that region with turnkey power systems and automation solutions, including ongoing service and support. The Leamington region is considered the largest concentration of controlled environment production in North America.
